Waiting on Haxe class implementation for
LoggingSourceutilization. Need to fix many syntax errors when running the tests on the Go target (mainly to do with the test rig rather then the tests themselves)This also moves Logging into it's own folder, so we don't import parts of the compiler when we don't need to and the Go target is not able to bootstrap yet.
