Ports over the
sharpyuvfeature from sjpeg and libwebp. It avoids the desaturation when using 420 subsampling, it's very noticeable on artwork with thin colored lines. It suffers quite a hit to performance at the moment. (~80 Mp/s to ~10 Mp/s). I have to disclose that is code is AI assisted.
