Version ca2(.1) released

We've release the 'ca2'(.1) version of the library. This release include the following:

The JS bundle available for use by non-closure projects has been shrunk by about 12%.
Adds missing session control symbols to the vanilla js bundle.

The JS bundle available for use by non-closure projects has been shrunk by about 12%.
We've added convenience methods for session control and and timing to analytics.Tracker.
