I migrated infowindow-simple but it wasn't quite done yet!

This PR does the following things:

  • Adds comments for each functional block.
  • Improves variable naming.
  • Makes info window load when map loads; now we can replace the PNG with a live demo!
  • Adds line breaks to the descriptive text declaration using template literals to avoid one long line.
