Summary

  • Update ARC skill doc to reflect the full 5-node k3s cluster setup
  • Document maxRunners bump from 8 to 40 (5 nodes × 8 GPUs each)
  • Add "Adding New Nodes" section explaining that new nodes auto-join with no extra config needed

Context

ARC is already deployed and tested on the cluster. The maxRunners helm value has been updated to 40 on the live cluster. This PR updates the documentation to match.

Test plan

  • Verified all 5 nodes report 8 GPUs via kubectl describe node
  • Verified maxRunners: 40 via kubectl get autoscalingrunnerset
  • Previously tested 8 concurrent jobs with full GPU/CPU/RAM isolation

- Document all 5 nodes in the cluster
- Update maxRunners from 8 to 40 (5 nodes × 8 GPUs)
- Add "Adding New Nodes" section
