• Replace the top-level MIT license with the June 9 Researcher Reciprocity License.
• Add a README license section explaining the Open RAIL-S structure and the Researcher Reciprocity training-use restriction.

Notes

This keeps broad source-code reuse open while requiring reciprocal researcher access when the project is used to train or improve an AI model or AI service.
