@contra any thoughts on using a Git commit scraper to just create the changelog for us?

https://github.com/lalitkapoor/github-changes, still in development but it's looking pretty good already. I think the only thing is that a standard commit message format has to be adopted; Angular's is pretty informative and clean in my opinion.
