Add Runtime Intelligence source traceability smoke

Summary

• add a repo-local Runtime Intelligence source traceability smoke for EdgeEnv producer-side handoff manifests
• verify the generated handoff preserves the read-only optional AIGuard source artifact and reproduction command
• run Lab's source traceability gate when a sibling InferEdgeLab checkout is available
• document the smoke in README, Korean README, and portfolio summary
