Summary

Document how Env names Orchestrator curated samples as Runtime Intelligence handoff traceability.
Mirror the sample path in the Korean README and portfolio summary.
Extend the Runtime Intelligence doc guard so sample/evidence markers stay visible without making Env produce Guard analysis or Lab deployment decisions.
