• validate and preserve Orchestrator operation_timeline_summary.pressure_window in EdgeEnv telemetry history
• expose pressure_window summary run IDs in inspect-history and Runtime Intelligence Lab handoff summaries
• document pressure-window evidence as optional reviewer navigation context, not an EdgeEnv regression gate or deployment decision
