Document CI smoke evidence boundary

Summary

• Clarify that CI package/install smoke is portable CLI entrypoint evidence, not a replacement for Jetson physical-device smoke.
• Explicitly keep Jetson-only access, TensorRT engine execution, ONNX Runtime optional-backend validation, and device SSH checks as separate evidence paths.
• Add docs coverage so the validation evidence boundary stays documented in English and Korean.
