Refactored UI layout including cleaning things up and removing unused shortcuts.
Added familiar app icons for adding/editing/deleting commands and refreshing the UI.

At its current state, the application allows for adding/editing/deleting of commands.

• GUI templates have been made for the main window and command editing forms.
• A local database instance is created for the app for persistence.
