Updated the main README.md to document the current repository structure and provide clear descriptions of each module folder.

Changes Made

  • Enhanced the repository description to clarify that it contains Azure infrastructure as code examples using Bicep templates
  • Added a new "Modules" section that documents all current folders:
    • ase/: Azure Service Environment configurations and templates
    • dns/: DNS resolution examples demonstrating solutions for private endpoint connectivity issues
    • managedrunners/: Network and private DNS configurations for managed runner environments
    • starhubspoke/: Star/Snowflake Hub-Spoke network topology implementation with central hub architecture

The descriptions are based on the actual contents and existing documentation within each folder to ensure accuracy. This helps users understand the purpose and scope of each module at a glance.

Note: The letsencrypt/ folder mentioned in the original issue was not found in the current repository structure, so it was not included in the documentation.

Fixes #20.
