In order to use TACo I had to switch Phantom to Test Net Mode. Doing this created a boot loop where the site would infinitely reload, console outputted the following:
I fixed this by disabling Test Net Mode after the loop had started, which allowed me to enable TACo, however, the issue persists if I turn Test Net Mode back on.
