Summary
Adds persistent repository lists to HACS, allowing users to organize repositories they want to keep track of for later.
The corresponding backend implementation is provided in hacs/integration#5542.

A user may find a custom integration, card, or other repository that looks useful but does not want to install it immediately. They can save the repository to

The feature was tested on a current Home Assistant OS installation together with the modified HACS integration.
