Hadaf is an open-source, volunteer-driven ecosystem designed to eliminate opacity and inefficiency in charitable giving. Unlike traditional charity models that rely on opaque financial transfers, Hadaf operates on a strictly zero-transaction basis. We digitize the verified physical needs of social institutions (orphanages, nursing homes) and connect them directly with donors who provide the exact items required.
Our goal is to build a highly secure, scalable, and trustless system that can serve as a national standard for transparent social impact, heavily influenced by enterprise-grade architecture and rigorous CI/CD practices.
- Zero Financial Transactions: No money passes through the platform. 100% item-based targeted help.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Strict separation of concerns between Institutions, Donors, Volunteers, and Admins.
- Cross-Platform Ecosystem: Native mobile app, responsive web dashboard, and robust API.
- Digital Audit Trail: Every delivered item is tracked, verified, and transparently reported.
- Enterprise Security: Isolated infrastructure, strict NAT routing, and encrypted data flows to protect institutional data.
The Hadaf project is decoupled into four main repositories, allowing you to contribute to the domain you know best:
- hadaf-backend — Core API and business logic. Built with Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, and Docker.
- hadaf-frontend — Web platform for institutions. Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- hadaf-mobile — Cross-platform mobile application. Built with Flutter.
- hadaf-docs — Source of truth for architecture, technical specifications, and UX/UI design.
We welcome contributions from developers, QA engineers, and designers who want to build a portfolio with a real-world, social-impact project.
Read our CONTRIBUTING.md guide for PR processes and coding standards. (Note: While our codebase and documentation are in English, we also speak Russian and Tajik in our community channels!)
This project exists thanks to all the people who contribute their time and expertise.
Hadaf is spearheaded by indepentend software engineers and specialists and relies entirely on open-source volunteer efforts. We are actively seeking strategic partnerships with government health departments (Ministry of Health) and international NGOs (WHO, USAID).
