Add support of `COCOON_DB_HOST`, `COCOON_DB_USER`, `COCOON_DB_PASSWORD`, `COCOON_DB_PORT` and `COCOON_DB_NAME` for postgres. Do not remove `COCOON_DATABASE_URL` to avoid creating a breaking change. Remove volume mouting scripts in docker-compose*.yaml following 0756641.
