Retired raw-byte budget (45.5KB); consumers care about gzip size. Test now measures dist/index.js gzip compression (11.2KB measured). Updated terse-naming comments in defineTask.ts and internal.ts to note they are legacy artifacts of the retired raw-byte budget; future code should prefer descriptive names. All tests pass: lint, typecheck, build, test, test:compat:dist, check:snippets.

Summary
User-approved policy change: the bundle-size regression test now asserts the gzip size of
dist/index.js(<15KB, currently 10.9KB) instead of the raw unminified byte length. The raw ceiling forced byte-shaving and per-PR bumps (35→43KB) across four 1.1 tasks; gzip is what consumers actually transfer, and the README badge is drift-checked against the same measurement in CI. Historical raw-budget context preserved as comments; the terse internal naming in defineTask.ts/internal.ts is annotated as a legacy of the retired budget (no renames in this PR). No-subpath and viem-external assertions unchanged.Test evidence
Full gate green; measured gzip 10.92KB vs 15KB ceiling.
