README

I feel like the README has become very technical. I know all of the pieces are still in the documentation, but things like tech stack, CI, PWA are not generally known terms for non-coding people. Is there a happy medium where the page is approachable for non-coding users and also has everything you want to feature?

Further research has shown it may be due to GitHub rendering?
