Updated the code to work with Facebook API 19.0.
Updated Oauth2 process

Updated request limit to max (5000 results).
Note this code does not fetch page matrics, rather it fetch advertising metrics such as Ads spend, Conversions, impressions etc.
Still missing:
pagination / cursors to handle multiple batch request.
