Replaced arboard calls with Clipboard-rs.
Arboard's Linux/Wayland backend fails or emits stderr on vim commands that use clipboard corrupting the TUI. Clipboard-rs has proper Wayland support and was already a dependency for reads.
Removed arbroad dependancies.
