Simplify bug reporting

Summary

• replace the unreliable in-app submission form with a compact reporting checklist
• provide a visible nabil@happykhan.com address and a pre-filled Email bug report link
• remove the unused Turnstile, Postmark, and Cloudflare Function submission path
• update troubleshooting guidance and browser coverage

Why

The existing form depended on Cloudflare Turnstile, environment configuration, a Pages Function, and Postmark. A failure in any part left users unable to send a report. The replacement relies only on the user email client and keeps the address visible for manual copying.

User impact

Report a bug now explains exactly what information to include: observed and expected behaviour, reproduction steps, error message or screenshot, browser, and operating system. It also retains the warning not to send confidential, patient-identifiable, or raw sequence data.

Validation

• npm run verify
• 176 unit tests passed
• 24 production browser tests passed
• Vite development-runtime alignment test passed
