Bump BRIGX to 0.9.6

Summary

• bump BRIGX from 0.9.5 to 0.9.6
• keep package and lockfile version metadata aligned
• replace “local-first” in the package description, browser title, social metadata and interface contract with plain browser-processing language
• update browser assertions for the visible version badge and page title

This patch version marks the SVG/PNG export consistency work, shared renderer safeguards, session preservation, and dependency-security fix now on master.
