Pull *S. schleiferi subsp. coagulans* RefSeq into *S. coagulans* reference set + re-run engine #4

S. coagulans was historically named S. schleiferi subsp. coagulans; RefSeq has additional complete genomes under the old name that aren't in the qualibact-v1.0 reference dataset for this species. Flagged in the 2026-05 expert feedback survey.

Acceptance:

• Re-pull RefSeq for S. coagulans including the S. schleiferi subsp. coagulans synonym.
• Re-run qualibact-engine; import via scripts/import_engine_output.py.
• Confirm the genome count for S. coagulans in public/api/v2/index.json (and the rebuilt manifest) increases by however many additional genomes were pulled.
