Add a new TE entry type for executable entry point information to TF-A's entry range. This entry type contains data about the execution state of images (i.e. PC, SPSR values), which can be used by a consumer to execute those images. Signed-off-by: Harrison Mutai <harrison.mutai@arm.com>
