Compute the d² differential of Lin's spectral sequence for the quadratic Rokhlin pair.

The gap. One differential stands between the Gysin-pinned conjecture HS̄(theta class) ≅ ⊗^g(R̃ ⊕ I) and a theorem. Everything upstream is assembled in phases/phase96-Lin-assembly.md.

What dies / what it decides. Turning this conjecture into a theorem is a load-bearing step for the Pin(2)-equivariant side of the exported mathematics.
