Fixes CGO SIGSEGV on Apple M5.
Bumps github.com/shoenig/go-m1cpu from v0.1.5 to v0.2.2 at go.mod:368. The older version uses CGO code that segfaults on M5 hardware. v0.2.1+ contains the fix, this PR moves to v0.2.2.
Changes: go get github.com/shoenig/go-m1cpu@v0.2.2 and go mod tidy. No other files modified. go vet passes, build succeeds.
