The fixed reviewer approved close-unmerged with branch retention. Reopen only after a terminal successful required Blacksmith Testbox workflow_dispatch on the exact proposed candidate: this same head/pin, or a materially new replacement-pin head that undergoes ordinary exact-candidate validation and review. Reopening alone or another non-success result is insufficient.
