Drain GitHub issue #19 for todos task a1b9689e. Issue URL: #19. Title: Operate supervised continuous Codewith session ingestion. Problem: After backfill, new Codewith rollout changes still need a durable ingestion lifecycle. No supervised Codewith watcher is currently proven on the affected station. Acceptance: Codewith roots appear in watch and daemon status; expose lag, last attempt, last success, skipped files, and errors; polling recovers from missed filesystem events; restart does not duplicate or lose sessions; operational guidance covers supervision and rollback. The issue is not drained until the factory-produced PR is merged and issue #19 is closed.
