Release preparation for Todos task 02491bc2-552f-45f6-80fa-1a792a3a3855 after the functional fix merged in PR #6.

Summary:

• bump @hasna/shield from 0.1.25 to 0.1.26
• bump the publishable @hasna/security compatibility package from 0.1.13 to 0.1.14
• update the compatibility package exact @hasna/shield dependency to 0.1.26

Verification:

• compat/security bun pm pack --dry-run produced hasna-security-0.1.14.tgz metadata
• compat/security bun run release:check reported 0 violations
• bun run test (433 pass, 0 fail)
• bun run typecheck
• source CLI --version returned 0.1.26
• shield review
