Set all bicycle library default build options to off except BUILD_SHARED_LIBS. As the project is commonly used as a submodule in other projects, we usually only want to build and link to the shared libraries.
Fix googletest submodule url after it was renamed from googletest-svn to googletest-git-clone.

Fixed the submodule url for googletest and disabled most build options.
