longpath.validate.require_nonneg_top。scan --top -1以前会把展示数量当成 0，看起来像「没有超限」。CLI 已接上：
_run_scan在args.top < 0时写 stderr 并退出 2。与已有 draft「py.typed / compileall」互补。没有 PR 模板。
验证
PYTHONPATH=src python3 -m pytest -q tests→ 154 passed, 7 skipped。
