Running Probe-It in Local Network

We were asked to write instructions/tutorial for how to do this. What priority is this? Is this feasible for the requesting party, given that you need the the whole probe-it environment in the local network it will be used in.

Good question Hugo. Given that PML proofs reference the PMLP and J ontologies and that ontologies reference OWL language and other ontologies, where do we stop. Do we have to replicate that subset of the semantic web on the local environment?
