Responsive layout for ≤768px with full-screen single-view switching, 44px touch targets, and bottom tab bar (Chats/Chat/Feed/More). QR code panel generates scannable links for phone access with 30-day sessions. visibilitychange + online listeners handle phone sleep/wake reconnection. All desktop features preserved — changes are additive CSS media queries and JS only.
