The artifact name uses "binaries" (plural), but only a single Linux binary is built on ubuntu-latest. Consider renaming to "healenium-mcp-server-linux" or "healenium-mcp-server-binary" to more accurately reflect what's being uploaded.

The comment says "binaries" (plural), but since this workflow runs on ubuntu-latest, only a single Linux binary will be built and uploaded. Consider updating the comment to say "Upload built binary" (singular) or "Upload Linux binary" to be more accurate.
