Add comprehensive Hedera Solidity development guide as a new marketplace plugin with SKILL.md and 9 reference files covering token association, allowances, mirror node queries, contract patterns, client setup, error handling, testing, multi-sig, and common pitfalls. Ship a distributable Flashbacker persona in extras/ for Hedera-first code review. Update README with plugin docs, Flashbacker integration instructions, and updated directory tree.
