Summary

  • add npm-based scripts for lint/test/build plus local serving alongside baseline configs (.editorconfig, .gitignore, CODEOWNERS, LICENSE)
  • document golden commands and add HEALTH.md audit with scoring, risks, and readiness notes
  • align CI workflows to run the golden commands and archive the built docs artifact

Testing

  • npm run lint (pass; npm warns about unknown env config "http-proxy")
  • npm run typecheck (pass; placeholder message, same npm warning)
  • npm test (pass; smoke check)
  • npm run build (pass; rebuilds dist, same npm warning)

Remaining P0/P1

  • Dependency/secret scanning and SBOM generation still absent; needs additional tooling enablement
  • No automated docs deployment, tagging, or changelog; hosting target not defined
  • Docs rely on remote OpenAPI spec without caching/validation
  • npm run typecheck remains a placeholder until TypeScript/structured sources exist
