a "top" parameter for the diffref cmd that allows you to choose who's cps to compete against based on their place in the toplist:
/diffref top <1-30>
Guess this would work best if the cmd just pulled the info at the time of using the command, so it won't automatically change to someone else's cps as soon as someone beats the time you chose.
