"randmap" unnecessary space (and server bug)

After the word "randmap" when callvoting, there's a space, making it "randmap ". Just looks bad :P

And btw your server is majorly bugged, it's not even running racesow.. Dunno how to get in touch with you other than through these tickets, so, hope you see this msg soon!

Dunno if this was the case earlier too, but a kick just happened without the kicked player having entered the game yet. Should be fixed now.
