I'm Hetvi, a Math (ML & CS) student @ University of Waterloo. I'm a software developer passionate about all types of ideas that solve everything from small inconveniences to big industry problems.

Most of my projects consist of full-stack apps inspired by my day-to-day life, intended to fill any gaps I’ve noticed. I thoroughly enjoy working on full-stack, backend, and ML/AI. I’ve also dabbled in quantum computing, mobile app development, blockchain, and embedded systems. I’m always curious to learn new technologies and explore new sectors.

What am I up to recently?

I'm currently building an end-to-end real estate marketplace designed to streamline the buying, selling, financing, and legal process of property transactions, with the goal of eliminating the middleman.

Right now, I'm working on training regression models on MLS data to power an AI-driven home valuation & listing generation tool. Alongside, I'm also completing the Ontario Real Estate Agent courses to unlock official MLS® System API access for direct integration.
