This change translates all user-facing Japanese text in the index.html file to English. This includes: - Page title - Main heading - Input placeholder - Button labels - Filter labels - Task count message - HTML comment indicating where tasks are added The lang attribute of the html tag has also been updated from "ja" to "en".
