Currently, we only support sleek spec for top-level function definition. In other occurences of Efun, an empty sleek spec is used a placeholder for now.
Currently, we only support sleek spec at fun_decl and const_decl.
It finally works...

The idea is to extend the core Why3 PTree-AST with
sleek_specin some component.sleek_specas of now is just a string.I also copied the code of the lexer and parser to avoid direct modification on the original code itself.
