Hi!

I am a postdoctoral researcher at DTU Bioengineering, working at the intersection of synthetic biology, lab automation, and computational strain engineering.

I like building tools that make biological engineering more reproducible: literate protocols, robot-ready workflows, and software that helps researchers move from experimental design to execution.

I currently work in the IBIS initiative at DTU, where I develop automation workflows for biofertilizer research and microbial strain development.

  • Literate programming for reproducible biological protocols
  • Opentrons and liquid-handler automation for bacterial and fungal workflows
  • Computational tools for strain engineering and experimental design
