Track, Log, Adjust โ˜€๏ธ

What is potato?

Right now, potato is my personal diet log. It helps me:

  • calculate calories and macros
  • adjust habits slowly and sustainably
  • stay full and satisfied just like a good potato

Why "potato"? Because it's one of the most satiating foods, hehe
