…#2716) Fix two elements of the web interface to follow the dark scheme: tooltips and the rule above a statement's subtotals. The dark-scheme browser test now also hovers an entry, so it checks the tooltip along with the pages and dialogs. AI usage: Claude Opus 5.5, ~20k output tokens.
