Add agents/openai.yaml UI metadata files to canonical skills so Codex/Hermes can show branded displays. Each metadata provides interface.display_name (MOStudio Kit: ...), short_description, and default_prompt referencing the skill id. Update docs/authoring/skills.md and docs/architecture/overview.md to require and document this metadata. Bump plugin/package version to 1.5.3 (.codex-plugin/plugin.json and pyproject.toml) and update packaging tests to validate the new metadata and version.
