Implement testing strategy compliance by standardizing test scripts, artifact handling, and Playwright configurations.

This PR addresses the identified mismatches in package.json test scripts and artifact output locations to align with the agents/testing-strategy.md document.

• I couldn’t find an existing AGENTS.md in the repo, so I created /workspace/AGENTS.md and added a direct link to the testing contract at agents/testing-strategy.md.
• Committed as docs: add AGENTS.md link to testing strategy and pushed to cursor/testing-strategy-compliance-0697 (commit f7374bc).
