Remove obsolete datasets, models, and dashboards; update ecommerce dashboards

Overview

Removed several obsolete datasets, models, and dashboards to clean up the repository and improve maintainability. Updated existing ecommerce dashboards and models to enhance usability, filter interactions, and visualization accuracy.

Changes

• Deleted unused datasets and models related to Airbnb and demo queries to reduce clutter
• Removed legacy dashboards including canvas.page.aml and hieu_haha_meme.dataset.aml
• Updated orderskk and users_kk models for simplification and cleaning
• Refined order_master model by correcting price dimension definition and removing verbose description
• Enhanced demo_ecommerce_overview_funky and demo_ecommerce_dashboard_amyra_copy_copy dashboards:
  • Added new filter blocks for improved user filtering (e.g., user_country)
  • Improved filter interactions to enable better dashboard interactivity
  • Adjusted visualization configurations including date truncations and field references for consistency
  • Removed deprecated visualizations and unnecessary blocks to streamline dashboards
• Fixed reference styles (using r() consistently) throughout dashboard definitions for dataset fields
• Updated theme usage in ecommerce_cua_minh dashboard to use H.themes.midnight
• Commented out unused permissions in khai_ecommerce dataset for future revisit

These changes aim to consolidate and modernize the analytics environment, improving performance and user experience while removing legacy artifacts.
