feat(identity): implement distributed multi-device identity

Summary

• add the canonical distributed multi-device identity protocol, persistence, transport, and framework integration
• add interoperability vectors, bounded fuzzing, deterministic simulation, formal model checks, and fail-closed release gates
• repair workspace rustdoc links and make new Markdown files opt-in
• remove five superseded or obsolete Markdown documents and clean ignored agent scratch reports

• cargo +1.91.0 test --locked -p krikos-identity --all-features --all-targets
• cargo +1.91.0 fmt --all -- --check
• strict pinned-nightly rustdoc for the root and simulator workspaces
• identity documentation links, workspace architecture, v2 release-readiness, framework, determinism, and bounded-fuzz source contracts

Stable identity publication remains intentionally closed pending the six external approvals.
