This PR fixes a misleading line in the setup guide (
SettingsCyclerREADME.md) which seems to be affecting a fair number of new users.The Problem
After discovering then installing this extension, I ran into some difficulty (like others in Issue #4) following the setup section Option 1: Keybindings.json only
After a while I relented before asking Gemini for help:

As an aside....
I noticed that
"toggle"refers to another extension which is listed as inspiration for this extension.Perhaps this syntax was left over from testing or development? Anyhow don't see why a new user would want to specify
